Here’s the recommended approach:

1. Sign up and setup for a Constant Contact account at http://www.constantcontact.com/index.jsp?pn=jswebltd
   
   
2. Order the ‘Email Address Exporter’ module which will allow you to export all email addresses from your Zen Cart Store. Your email addresses can then be downloaded with ease and added to your Constant Contact email account.
