In my experience, it is quite easy to get caught up with all the offers made available for hosting on the internet, particularly in other parts of the world. These companies lack one very important ingredient retaining customers, customer care (not to mention different time-zones.) I have had sites hosted with other companies before where if there was a problem, I was treated as just another number with no empathy towards their clients.
