I am brand new to everything with php and configuring the zen cart along with editing all the right php files. They have helped me step by step even though I know I had to have drove them nuts with all my questions they answered them and helped with everything. Even though it was not there responsibility to help correct the mistakes I keep making (crashing the database or site) they would still help correct it.
