How does it work?

We are now offering you a flexible Premium Support Service whereby you will receive priority attention for updates, problems solving and site improvements*. You can decide your budget and pre-purchase as many support hours per month** as you wish at the rate of just £15.00 per hour.

To ensure your project is handled effectively we add your project work to the GroupHub. The new JSWeb GroupHub offers:

• A Dashboard view on the project showing dates when work aims to be completed
• A Message board allowing us to communicate with our clients securily (avoiding emails)
• A To-Do list (see below) which lists out all work required - each item is TICKED off once completed
• Set milestones for when stages of your project (or tasks) need to be completed
• Upload files (i.e. design images) to a secure area
• Don't be kept in the dark with your valued projects -- Use JSWeb GroupHub and be kept in total control
• Oh and it's FREE and usable via your web browser!

Once signed up, we will then create a special web page known as a “Backpackit” which will only be visible to you and JSWeb. This will allow you to list your needs and monitor the work as its being completed.

All time spent on email/telephone enquiries/support will be considered billable and therefore the time will be deducted from the allocation under our Premium Support Service which will also be listed on your “Backpackit”. You will be notified when 75% of your monthly allocation has been consumed so that you can plan accordingly.

JSWeb: We will start to make all the changes this month using your available maintenance hours, the rest of the work will be completed next month once your balance has been credited.

You: Could you upgrade my Zen Cart from 1.3.0 to 1.3.8a?
JSWeb: Yes, we can certainly help. This is deemed as project work, but we can use this months “maintenance” fund to help reduce the cost.

You: Could you help build a new website
JSWeb: This is deemed as “Project” work and a FREE quote will be supplied.

Please remember our standard costs are £30.00p/hr. Take advantage of the JSWeb’s Premium Support Service at just £15.00p/hr (min 1 hour per month for 3 months)

* The JSWeb Premium Support Service agreement has been setup to help support your existing website and to make your life easier. It includes answering your questions, general Zen Cart support and making minor changes to your web site. It does not include classified design or new larger project work.

** Maintenance hours can be purchased on a monthly basis – initial sign up is a minimum of 3 months and you will be invited to renew at the end of each active period. Unused hours per each calendar month can NOT be transferred to the following month. Additional hours may be purchased, subject to our capacity. Support will be by email and, during regular office hours, by telephone.
