All of our servers are monitored 24/7/365 by our NOC (Network Operations Centre) to ensure they continue to run smoothly. In addition to our own monitoring we also use the services of 'Hyperspin', a widely respected third party monitoring company, in order to provide an up-to-the minute picture of the infrastructure from the perspective of you, the customer.
