We've put together a list of those modifications which we believe to be essential for the operation of your online shop, both from the customers' viewpoint and for your own benefit in the administration of the site.

If your ZenCart was installed by us after January 2007 (and, after November 2007 was either our eCommerce Starter Hosting package with the XtraValue or Enhanced Template), then several of them are already incorporated for you. You may wonder why, if we think they are essential, we don't pre-install them all. Well, the ones that we DO include can easily be selected on/off through the admin control panel, or which you really wouldn't want to do without!

The ones we DON'T include by default involve quite radical changes which you may not want, or indeed, which may not suit your particular store.
