How does this work?

Want to create an account for a customer over the phone?

Customer having difficulties signing up?

Then you need the 'Add Customer from Admin' mod. This allows admin to manually add a customer to the database and optionally send them a welcome e-mail which includes their password.

NB. If your ZenCart 1.3.* was installed by us after January 2007 (and, after November 2007 was either our Bronze or Silver Hosting package with the XtraValue or Enhanced Template) then this modification is already installed.
