How It Works
This module adds the ability for your customers and admin to track packages from different carriers.
Features:
- By default the carriers included are FedEx, UPS, & USPS
- Royal Mail Tracking can be added on install
- Adds a separate sidebox that displays the customer's past orders
- Customer can track their orders from the sidebox or from the "My Account" page
- Configurations are done in the Admin Page. You may have up to 5 different carriers. You can change, add, or turn off carrier from this page
What the customer will see
The customer will be able to access there tracking code from within the zen cart 'My Account' section
Clicking this tracking code will send the customer to the Royal Mail/FEDX/UPS website and display the correct tracking information for there order.
What the admin will see
When logged into the admin of your zen cart and you navigate to Customers > Orders and edit an order you will have a new entry field at the bottom to insert the tracking code
Optional SideBox
The module comes with an Order Tracking sidebox which gives your customers quick access to view there most recent orders. This may require styling and configuration to display correctly in your site.
